Terms and Conditions
General
- Kindly verify the items purchased with the invoice before taking the delivery.
- It is advised to handle the jewellery with necessary care to avoid damage.
- Any mention of stone weight is indicative and the actual weight may vary.
- Rose gold polish of silver items may fade away eventually on usage.
- Studded stones can come out of jewellery and the company is not responsible for the same.
- Original sales bill has to be accompanied at the time of exchange or sales return.
- It is normal for silver to blacken due to oxidation. The items can be re-polished to bring back its original shine and appearance.
- Any loss of stones/diamonds may be fixed with an additional charge.

Exchange
- Any item, in unused condition, can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. No value addition will be deducted.
- Prevailing rate will be used for both, new and item to be exchanged.
- For Diamond Jewellery exchange, diamonds will be valued at 100% of the prevailing diamond rates.
- For Gemstones, exchange/buyback will be after deducting 40% of the value, only if the gemstone is in undamaged condition.
Return
- Return eligibility within 7 days of purchase. Some items may not be eligible for return and the same will be mentioned on the invoice.
- Only if in unused condition, 15% of total value will be deducted for fixed-priced silver items, 25% of value-addition will be deducted for weight-based priced items, and 25% of item value will be deducted on gold frames and gift articles.
- Refund: Any cash refund will be subject to the limit of ₹10,000. If the refund amount exceeds ₹10,000, the payment will be made through NEFT/RTGS.
- Customised/Specially Ordered Items: Full deduction of value-addition will be done.
Order
- Any cancellation after placing an order will attract full deduction of value-addition.
- The final finished product may slightly vary from the original design.
- Any request for changes in design after the order is placed, the company shall deduct the full value-addition amount.
- Though the company will do its best to ensure a timely delivery, the delivery may get delayed due to unforeseen situations, factors not under our control, logistic issues or unavailability of the materials to be used for the order item.
- The company reserves the right to cancel an order due to any circumstances and the same shall be informed to the customer.
- If the delivery is not taken within 30 days of the intimation from the store, the company may opt to cancel the order and thereby deducting the total value-addition amount from the order advance. Additionally, if the order item has gemstones, 40% of the gemstone value will be deducted from the order advance.

* All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Gokak, Karnataka.
